CLASS SIZE
The minimum class enrollment is five. If the class size drops below minimum the class may be canceled or combined with another class.

CLASS PLACEMENT

Each student will receive an INDIVIDUAL analysis of their abilities to be certain they are placed in the proper class for their age and capability level. Our highly specialized professional staff will give each student the PERSONAL attention that is needed to ensure they reach their full potential! If you have any questions about a student’s class placement, please contact the office.

ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP LESSONS

Please notify the office if you or your child will be absent from dance class. Make-up lessons are available if a student misses their regular class. This option is offered only to enrolled students whose tuition and other studio payments are current. Make-up lessons must be taken within 4 weeks of the missed class. They must be scheduled through the office, are subject to space availability, and must be taken in a class other than the one the student missed. No refunds or credits will be given if the dancer cannot attend any make-up lessons. If a student has excessive absenteeism, the studio owner has the option to tell the student they will not be able to perform in that particular dance in the recital, even if recital fees have been paid, and a costume has been purchased.

DRESSING ROOM
The studio is not responsible for any damages or losses of personal property or valuables. Do not leave valuables in the dressing room unattended. Valuables may be carried into the classroom and placed in the designated areas, or you may bring a lock to secure your belongings in a locker while you are in class. Please remove your lock and belongings when your class is over.
